By removing fat, along with excess skin and muscle from the upper and lower eyelids a brighter and fresh look can be achieved. This procedure is usually done on an outpatient basis with local anesthesia and sedation. This procedure can also be done with laser technique.

Recovery:

Pain is usually mild following the procedure. Patients will want to use cold compresses to reduce swelling. Sutures are removed within one week and most people are back to work in about 7 days.
